1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and gee55 ("gee55," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the gee55 online gaming platform accessible at gee55.win and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a gee55 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with gee55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

gee55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a gee55 account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. gee55 may require documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage individual will be returned (net of any withdrawals already made).
2. Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. gee55 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any particular location. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly at your own risk.
3. One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered gee55 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
4. Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your gee55 account. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. gee55 may suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or false information is provided.
5. KYC Verification. gee55 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documents requested by gee55 for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or proof of payment method.

3. Account Management

1. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gee55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gee55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
2. Suspicious Activity. You must notify gee55 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security.
3. Inactive Accounts. gee55 reserves the right to close or archive accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Members will be notified prior to any closure of an inactive account, and any remaining balance will be held in accordance with gee55's dormant account procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Deposits. gee55 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. gee55 reserves the right to amend accepted payment methods at any time.
2. Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawal requests require KYC verification to be completed prior to processing. Verified accounts are subject to same-business-day processing. gee55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
3. Currency. All transactions on the gee55 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gee55 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4. Third-Party Payments. Deposits from or withdrawals to accounts held in third-party names are strictly prohibited. All payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the gee55 account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. General. gee55 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
2. Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the relevant promotion page within the gee55 Platform.
3. Bonus Abuse. gee55 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it reasonably suspects that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the legitimate purpose of promotional offers.
4. Right to Withdraw. gee55 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed by a member will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

6. Gambling Rules

1. Game Rules. Each game available on the gee55 Platform is subject to individual game rules published within the game interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet. gee55 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a member's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
2. Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or transaction, gee55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. gee55's decision in such matters shall be final.
3. Cancellation of Bets. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the member except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
4. Maximum Payouts. gee55 may apply maximum payout limits per session, per day, or per event as specified on the Platform. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will be subject to review and may be adjusted accordingly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with your gee55 account;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, software, or system on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage;
• Opening or operating more than one gee55 account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any conduct that gee55 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other members.

gee55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, and to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gee55 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the property of gee55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any content from the Platform without gee55's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gee55 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gee55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, data loss, or third-party service interruptions.
3. gee55's total liability to any member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

gee55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all members with access to tools designed to support healthy gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the gee55 account settings panel at any time.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the member's account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.

11. Termination

gee55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for reasons of security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or where gee55 determines that continued operation of the account is not in the interests of the member or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any outstanding balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gee55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, gee55 will notify members via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gee55 holds its operating licence.
